This connection lives within an everyday ritual. Begin one small task, let the interface recede, then rest beneath a breathing aurora and return when you are ready. With your permission, Tripo transforms the sentence from a completed round into a 3D keepsake, carried home in a drift bottle, while World Labs contributes sea stacks adapted from a generated coastal world. Your inner rhythm finds expression in light and your actions leave lasting objects on the island, together forming a personal world that grows with your days.

It is made for people with ADHD and anyone exploring their inner world, and it also works without a headband: you can try the daily experience and a clearly labeled synthetic EEG preview. Life records stay on your Mac. Ocean is You is a macOS app whose ocean is drawn by the author's own Metal renderer.

How Tripo was used

The author wanted everyday actions to leave something you could keep, and that is Tripo's part of the experience.

• Keepsakes: with your permission, Tripo turns the sentence from a completed round into a 3D keepsake that drifts home in a bottle and joins a persistent collection.
• Island life: the trees, flowers and butterflies in the world were also generated with Tripo.
• Built for the renderer: the author optimized the models for a custom Metal renderer, so small moments become objects that stay on your island.
