Try it live Description
Seek is a healing adventure-puzzle game about memory, family, growing up and the value of ordinary life. You enter the fading consciousness of an elderly woman who is losing her memories. At first it feels like a mysterious adventure across a dreamlike island, but as the story unfolds you realize the island is built from the most important moments of her life: playing by the sea as a child, skipping class with a friend, working late in the city, falling in love, becoming a parent and sharing simple days with her family.
The game is built around one idea: the moments we overlook while living them may become the memories we treasure most, and those small, ordinary experiences quietly shape a whole life. It is a gift for everyone who cherishes the present, carries regrets, feels overwhelmed by a busy life, or simply longs to remember what truly matters. Seek offers a gentle pause: a chance to revisit the warmth hidden in everyday moments and to feel that your own memories are worth keeping.
The game takes place on Memory Island, a stylized 3D hub world with six symbolic buildings. Each stands for a stage of life and is restored from gray to color as you progress. Every chapter follows the same cycle:
- Cross a movement-based platforming level to reach a memory room.
- Investigate objects, solve a small puzzle and collect memory fragments.
- Combine the fragments into a symbolic memory object and watch the recovered memory unfold in a short cinematic.
- The memory goes into a photo album, and a new part of the island lights up.
The six chapters cover childhood by the sea, adolescence and friendship, adulthood and work, love, family, and a final return to the whole of life. The island, the photo album, the interactive objects, the environmental storytelling and the gentle platforming all connect into one emotional journey. The buildings, the player character and the props were generated with Tripo, while the island itself is procedurally generated in Three.js. The team also tried generating the whole island from the watercolor concept art with World Labs Marble, but the result strayed too far from the design and was not used. It plays in the browser.
How Tripo was used
Tripo generated every interactive 3D asset in Seek, set up as a repeatable pipeline rather than one-off generations.
- Six level buildings: a shell, a snack bag, a dog studio, a treehouse, a beach tent and an album house, each exported as its own GLB.
- The player character, rigged, with idle, walk, run and jump clips, plus 8 props.
- The pipeline: three-view images as multiview input, then optimization scripts that cut the files from 14.3 MB to 872 KB.
- Orientation: the team measured the models' facing axis as local +X, unified the yaw at -π/2 and built a compass probe, making orientation a repeatable check.
