X University is a university redesigned for the AI era, made for builders who want to create but are unsure where to start. Instead of starting from fixed courses, it starts from real problems. A learner begins with "I want to build something," and XLink Discovery helps them find what to learn, what tools and code to use, which projects to join, who to build with, and which hackathons and resources are available.
The team turned this experience into an explorable 3D digital campus where courses, talks, project labs and hackathons become places to enter, discover and connect. With PICO, users can walk through different areas of the campus in first person, find projects and learning opportunities, and connect to real builds.
When a real build is completed, it does not disappear with the event. The outcome, role and contribution become verified Proof of Work, earn X Credit and enter a lifelong X Transcript. Growth is no longer defined only by school, major or test scores, but by the problems you solved, the people you built with and what you actually made.
Jupiter, the glasses-free 3D display provided by Tripothon, is the physical portal into X University: once a user tells XLink what they want to do, the matching projects, 3D objects and Proof of Work can appear on Jupiter in glasses-free 3D. In the future, Jupiter could also become a physical node on campus for discovering projects, showing results and connecting builders. The motto: Problem First. Learn Fast. Build Real.
How Tripo was used
Tripo is how X University quickly turns an idea into a world people can enter.
- The team uses Tripo to generate 3D assets from text, concepts and project content, then exports them as GLB into the 3D Campus and onto the Jupiter display, so courses, projects, robots and Proof of Work no longer sit on text cards.
- Work that used to need a professional modeling team is compressed into AI generation, so "I want to build something" quickly takes spatial form and connects with XLink Discovery, the 3D Campus and the physical display in one workflow.
